Ingredients

150ml Yeo Valley Organic Double Cream
110ml (4oz) Cold ready made fresh Custard
225g (8oz) Yeo Valley Organic Summer Fruit Compote.

Instructions

Whip the cream until it holds soft peaks, then fold it loosely into the custard.

Loosely fold in the Compote and spoon into the serving dishes.

Variation: Why not try using one of the other fruit compotes in our range. Choose from Apple & Berry or Orchard Fruits.
